Friday August 18, 2023 Optional Practice Round
- 10:00 am – 3:00 pm practice tee times, Taylor Made Demo Day, registration, & tee gifts by the Driving Range
- Pari-mutual betting for the Saturday PGA Professional Shoot-Out
- Raffle Tickets & Ball Drop numbers are available for purchase all weekend
- Hempler’s BBQ, with soft drinks & beer on the Driving Range
- KJR Sports Radio broadcasting live on the Driving Range
- 6:00 pm Kick-Off cocktail party and dinner
Saturday August 19, 2023 Round One
- 9:00 am Breakfast sandwiches and wraps served out of the Snack Bar
- 11:30 am Opening Ceremony
- 12:00 pm Shotgun Scramble format
- Lunch stations located on the course
- 5:00 pm Cocktail Party at the Meridian Valley Country Club outside patio
- 6:00 pm PGA Professional Shoot-Out
- 7:00 pm Dinner Party at Meridian Valley Country Club
Sunday August 20, 2023 Round Two
- 6:30 am Breakfast sandwiches and wraps along with Bloody Mary's served out of the Snack Bar
- 8:30 am Shotgun Shamble format
- 1:00 pm Helicopter Ball Drop on the Driving Range
- The auction will close at 1:30 pm and winners can pick up auction items
- Lunch stations located on the course
- Awards following play
