MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

- A copy
of the Current Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual through November 10th,
the Reconciliation Detail thru October 31st, and the A/R Aging

approval letters and nine yard maintenance letters have been sent so far

removal, rotten deck, rotten siding, and dead tree removal issues for lot
#298. A letter will be sent soon,

Rucker prepared a spread sheet of this past year’s letters as a quick
oversight of projects requested/approved and “fix-it” letters. This should help maintain control over projects.
Lewis and Terry Lavery are working to coordinate an appointment with the
owner of lot #164 regarding landscaping and tree cutting. Lot #163 residents would like the trees
trimmed for a better view of Mt. Rainier.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT: Ed Bangsund
Benson sandbagged near lot #39 on hole #12, more will be used. 70% of the planning by city of Kent for
the creek rechanneling is completed and the city is expected to have
permits and present the plan to MVCC and MVMA by the end of the month.
