Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual through April 2010 and Balance sheets
were distributed for review.
Discussion was held, copy attached in file. Edward Jones account statement through
April was distributed and reviewed, copy attached in file.

Liens have been placed on four homes. If the fifth homeowner has not made
payment by the end of May, the remotes will be deactivated and a lien
placed on the property.

was deemed not the association’s responsibility.

– discussion was held and the request was tabled – Jim Schack will contact
update on Jim Garner was given – his attorney will meet with the Board.
