MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

CALLED TO ORDER BY

Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual through January 2010 report and a long
range investment information sheet was distributed for review.† Discussion was held, copies attached in

dog.† Kim and I investigated and
believe he saw a coyote.
Security truck was purchased last week.†
MVCC, Craig Benson, bought the old one for $975.† It is estimated to cost MVMA
approximately $2,000 per year to operate the security truck.

reminding residents of the Boy Scout Christmas tree pick up, January 2 and the

that they must be paid before January 31 in order to avoid a late fee penalty.

not hold a meeting this month, but will hold one in February.
McClaflin, after nine years, will be leaving the committee.† The owner of Lot 95 may join.
