REPORT: Jack Ottini
received from the Meridian Elementary Fun Run Committee asking for
permission to hold the event Saturday June 6, 2009.
Discussion held: M/S/P to allow the event.
new American Flag has been purchased for the main gate flagpole.
have started the review of our By-Laws.
After review by this Board and proposed changes have been made, we
will contact our Attorney.
REPORT: Jim Schack
Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual through April 2009, the Edward Jones April
statement, and the MVMA Investment Allocation statement was distributed for
review. Discussion was held,
copy attached in file.
with Peg Steiner concerning the re-allocation of money.

to move $36,000 to the American Fund and Blackrock.
207 has not paid the late fee. Discussion
was held and decided that with the next billing she will be told her remote
will be deactivated until payment is received.

Waste truck was struck by the visitor gate. Sensor did not detect vehicle, no damage to gate or
incident at Lot 266. Security

There are now 10 different digital images that cycle through on the
homepage. Will try to take additional photographs so that the
different photos can be included.
is a page on the website entitled announcements. The last announcement was about vandalism a year ago

announcement so currently there are no announcements.

A lot of water pouring into street in front of fire hydrant.
I called the homeowner and he indicated that this is normal for this
time of year. Lots of runoff
water from the farm behind his home.

I opened green control box, turned handle, turned power back on.
Checked operation – operating ok.
Marter fixed three broken lights at the guardhouse and fixed the latch on
the south walk through gate.
sprinkler system water was turned on at the guardhouse.
Paving will be doing additional patch work on our road system.
This is work left over from last year.
City of Kent moved storm drain inspection from May to June.
mat for chair in guardhouse needs to be replaced.

divider knocked down at 247th and 136th.
Brian Applebury will get the right kind of glue to fix.
improvement requests were reviewed and approved.
to fifteen special attention letters concerning yard maintenance will be
sent out this month.
there are issues concerning a property, both the owner and renter will
receive the letters.
was held concerning how to incorporate the MVCC memberships with the
homeowners. It was suggested to
hold a meeting with Mr. McCrone and other gated communities such as Sahalee,
Canterwood, and Bear Creek to get ideas.
Welcome Letter packet was updated and distributed to the Board for review.
next newsletter will be sent the first part of July.
All articles are to be given to Cheryl by mid June.
Response would like to bid on the security for our development, Bill and Ed
will meet with their representative.
