Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual through May 29, 2009 and Balance sheets
were distributed for review. Discussion
was held, copy attached in file.

Discussion was held, Ed Bangsund will get bids for the installation
of a sprinkler system and report back.
alarm was tripped on the Lot 40. Neighbor
on site for residence disturbance.
employee backed into a car – the police were called.
headlights on the security truck were not working properly.
Jim Marter replaced a relay behind the dashboard.
gate walk thru would not unlock. Guardian
Security responded the same afternoon and fixed the problem.
drain inspection will be done this month by the City of Kent.
Should start next week.
on how to replace the gate remote batteries will be available at the
gatehouse and the MVMA office.
eliminate the heading “Announcements” on the website, and will possibly
add the directions on how to install the remote batteries.
Architectural Committee mailed 13 approval letters and 3 clean-up
yard letters. An additional 11 approval letters and 12 yard
clean-up letters will be sent within the next week.
- Four homeowner/property
issues were discussed. The
Board provided the A/C Chair direction - letters will be sent including

and cookies have been cancelled.
Temple on 132nd has been unable to get bank financing and is
trying to get the $20,000 bond back from the City of Kent.
Perez property [on
132nd adjacent to MVCC] has a “For Sale” sign posted.
He did not renew his building permit from the City of Kent.
Elementary held its Annual Fun Run on June 6th with over 120 kids
and parents. It went very well.
Board needs to start thinking about the 2010 budget and candidates to run
for the Board.
