Currently about 50% of the residents are either proprietary members
or social members.
e-mails were sent to the MVCC e-mail distribution list since the last
meeting. One informed the
residents of the revised schedule in garbage and recyclables pickup because
of the recent snow and ice conditions in MVCC.
The other was a reminder to residents that MVMA Annual dues are
payable by the end of the January.
currently are 241 different MVCC residences on the e-mail distribution list.
There are another 19 e-mail that cover the same residences.
2009 Board Officers and responsibilities are posted on the web.
The Architectural Committee membership needs to be updated.
Craig Benson’s crew spent 120 hours over two
weeks sanding and plowing our roads and the MVCC parking lots.
Approximately fifty tons of sand was used.
Plowing was done at all three gates and four steep hills.
After the Christmas day snow, his crew started to plow as much of the
road system as they could. They
used a new sander that worked really well.
Three pieces of equipment were used to move snow.
As the snow and ice melted and the rains came, the drains were kept
open. The street sweeper spent
twenty-six hours cleaning our roads. Our
costs for dealing with the snow: Benson’s crew & sand $2,480 and the
street sweeper $2,245.40

Over one-hundred of the reflectors are missing.
Replacements have been ordered.
Three stops signs are to be replaced.
Two street lights were out. PSE was called to repair.
Two service calls were required to fix exit gates:
Guardian – fixed a broken wheel and drained air
from the hydraulic lines.
Pacific Security – the gatehouse lost control to
the north and south gates. A
toggle switch and a relay unit in the black box were replaced.
13th Lot #62 reported a loud party and people on the golf course.
