MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual through November 2009 and Balance sheet
as of December 2nd were distributed for review.† Discussion was held, copy attached in

Residents were also informed that the 2010 proposed budget is
posted on the MVMA website as well as the minutes from the 2008 MVMA
General Meeting.† Residents were
also reminded that there are still some leaves on trees and they should
make sure that the storm drain grates do not get covered with leaves when
e-mail will be sent to the residents after Christmas reminding them of the
Boy Scout collection and recycling of Christmas trees on January 2nd.
