MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES
OCTOBER 8, 2008

MEETING MINUTES: Approved
quorum was present, even though three members were absent.
gate sensor on the South gate was not working properly.
Jim Marter replaced a defective battery in the sensor box.
Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual and Balance sheet YTD were distributed for
review. (Copy attached in file.) Many
of the itemized expenses were reviewed by Mike, explaining why some items
are higher than anticipated and others lower.
The money allocations to the Long Range Plan were also discussed.
the next meeting, the Board must go thru their budget in preparation for the
proposed budget to be presented at the Annual General Membership meeting.
Each chairman was given and emailed a speed sheet of their current
expenses to date to help them determine their portion of the budget.
LPGA event went well. There
were no parking issues. The
women especially enjoyed the horse race.
Not as well attended as hoped, possibly due to the weather and
report, everything seems to be fine.

Asphalt service seems to have missed a section from the North gate stop sign

The areas that need to be patched could be highlighted with white
paint before the company arrives to do the patchwork.
155 has a Windermere sign in the yard for a home for sale other than his.
Ron will contact the owner.

will be drafted and voted on at the next meeting.

Any new policies and revised policies will be included in the next

of March 1, 2009 the new gate software, remotes, etc., will have been in
effect for one year, at this time we will no longer exchange remotes for new
ones without a charge. Owners
will need to buy new batteries or purchase a new remote.
