MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 12, 2008
ALLED TO ORDER

a check for $1,000. from Rick Pasko to help pay for the sign upgrade at the
entrance. A thank you note was
attended the welcoming event for new country club members and received many
compliments concerning the new Security System and positive remarks on the
Budget vs. Actual and Balance sheet YTD were distributed for review. (Copy

will be ready for the November 17th ballot mailing.

He may wish to talk to the homeowner’s Board about ideas to promote
safety bumper on the south entry gate failed. Jim Marter fixed the problem and checked the other three
gates that have the safety bumpers.

crack sealing road project was completed by Tony Lind Paving.
All roads in our system were checked, cracks cleaned out and sealed.
City of Kent will start checking our storm drain system the week of November
completion of the inspection, we will clean out and repair those catch
basins in need of repair. This
process is done every three years.
street sweeper will be used before the end of November.
November 11th Guardian Security performed its quarterly
maintenance inspection on all of our gates.
extra patrol was authorized during the Paige McKenzie Shoot-out.
were called to Lot 62. A
political sign was stolen form Lot 349.
was a skateboarding incident – they were asked to leave.
additional patrol was used Halloween night – no incidents.
complaints concerning remotes that would not work.
were six approved projects – landscaping, painting, and shutters.
a letter from Lot 62 concerning pruning.

Copies of the letters were shared with the Board.
Discussion was held concerning the violations.

been directed at keeping drains clear.

Paving repairs seem to be nearly complete.

The ballots will be mailed by Monday November 17, 2008.

No changes will be made concerning solicitation.
was held concerning a bonus for the guards and office manger.
M/S/P for the purchase of $20.00 gift certificates from Safeway to be
given just before Thanksgiving. Also
to be given around December 22nd an end of the year bonus of $100 for the guards and $500 for the Site Supervisor and Office Manager.

Ron Arntson will send a response letting him know this idea was not
approved by the Board.
next Board meeting will be the first Wednesday of December at 7:00 pm and
the Architectural Committee meeting will begin at 6:00 pm the same evening.
