May 5th, Jack, Kim, and I meet with Pacific Fire and Security for
a final walk thru. This has
brought closure to the gate system project.
has been reported that Lot 265 has been allowing their dog to run loose.
I spoke to the resident concerning this matter.
The dog was loose again today, a letter will be sent.
Elementary has requested permission for their Annual Fun Run to be held June
7th. M/S/P giving
permission for this event.

Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual and Balance sheet YTD were distributed for
review. (Copy attached in file.)
audit will take place the first part of June.
yearly funding to the long range plan has not been done as yet; the addition
is projected to be $28,000.
$35,000. is still due for the new gate system.
upper deck of the clubhouse will soon be open for use.
New furniture has been purchased.
Mike, and I met with Pacific Fire and Safety for a final inspection.

couple of issues will be checked out with the computer program.
The warranties will be in effect starting May 6, 2008.
A total of sixty-six remotes were returned because they did not work
properly. They will be replaced at no cost to MVMA.
Monday, May 12th the south exit gate broke down.
A drive wheel was found broken.
Guardian was able to repair the gate by 2:00 p.m.
May 5th the street sweeper cleaned all the streets and the
MVCC’s parking lot.
street lights were out – PSE was called to repair.
City of Kent will let us use their radar gun after the first of June.
have been very few problems.
glass company was caught going door to door – they were escorted out the

This was repaired however it has been reported the patch did not hold
follow-up on some lots who removed trees and left the stump, inspection

new policies for the Entrance Gate Access, Access Remote Regulations, and
Homelink Policies were reviewed, one change made to the proposals submitted.
