MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT RON

fence on Lot 260 needs to be repaired and trees cut back.
MVCC Board has approved the sharing of the cost on Main Gate entrance signs.
lien is being filed on Lot 73 and a fax of notification sent to the mortgage
next meeting will be July 9th at 7:00 pm.
REPORT: Mike McCarty –
absent, written report distributed.
Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual and Balance sheet YTD were distributed for
review. (Copy attached in file.) The
amount spent on Security Guard pay and insurance was discussed.
Mike will be asked for clarification when he returns and an email
will be sent to Board members.
gate entry system is now complete and paid in full to Pacific Fire &
Security. A break down of costs

Ryan Thrower – absent
was held and decided that lot numbers indicating which home was being
discussed would remain in the minutes for the website.
was held concerning posting of information on the website, Bob will handle.
email will be sent to residents concerning coyote sightings.
street lights were reported out and fixed.
259 & 260 – barbwire was replaced and the brackets are being repaired
maintenance (reflectors) needs to be done when the weather is better.
on the main gate have been attached with bolts rather than plastic ties.
signs have been ordered for the north and south gates.
They will direct non-residents to the main gate.
south exit gate drive wheel broke. Guardian
repaired it the next day.
Fire & Security will be here Friday to work on three items 1) click to
enter 2) computer training and 3) checking the remote antennas and/or
increase the range.
month has been relatively quiet. One
problem with a couple’s dispute and one with the test driving of a car.
projects approved – three tree removals, two replaced shake roofs with
CertainTeed Presidential TL, three repainted homes, a sunroom, portico, and
sent to Lot 268 and 267 concerning rhodies being pruned in July.
40 – request to retain multicolored columns was rejected – thirty days
232 – letter sent for yard clean-up and the removal of a pool liner and
205 was sent a letter concerning the moving of a camper top.

10th Mike Rucker and I inspected for yard maintenance issues.
As a result nineteen lots have been identified to receive letters
regarding yard maintenance.
Rucker and Frank Wisdom are doing a survey of roofing materials.
mowing and trimming on weekly basis.
of leaf and debris blowing and pick-up, especially at gates.
for bark distribution ~70 yards@ ~$ 30/YD.
no need for special flowers in planters.
repair for Lot 260 and Lot 259. Requires
fabrication of new standoffs plus stretching and replacement of barbed wire.

M/S/P that the MVMA will share a 50/50 cost for the entrance sign
with the MVCC, the total cost not to exceed $6,000.00.

Temple has not responded to the letter sent to them from our lawyer.
Jack Ottini will draft another letter to them.
MVCC will be hosting a LPGA Pro-Am in October 2008.
Discussion was held concerning issues that must be coordinated with
the MVMA. Jack Ottini will meet
with Mr. McCrone concerning these issues, such as parking, mail delivery,
course access signs, opening of gates, etc.

was held concerning the TV in the Guardhouse. It was decided that if the TV breaks down, we will not
purchase a new one.
the price of gasoline going higher, there may be more motorcycle type
vehicles and golf cart usage by residents. We will review our current policy and then post it on
the web and include it in the next newsletter
