MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

REPORT: Mike McCarty
Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual and Balance sheet YTD and the current
statement from Edward Jones were distributed for review. (Copy attached in
on the MVMA e-mail distribution list were sent information on the recent
fire at Lot #307.
REPRESENTATIVE TO THE MVMA BOARD: Robert
McCrone was told of the possible availability of the Soos Creek building at
the south end of the club. He
was very interested in the building as a possible location to store some of
the MVCC records. He visited
the property with Jack Ottini and hopes to explore the possibility of either
jointly using the property with MVMA or for the MVCC solely to utilize the
building. All of this is
contingent on the cost, restrictions, etc.
Lot #290 reported a hole was cut in the fence gate.
Water District #111 personnel cut the hole – they will repair.
lights: One light on our system and one in the Meridian Valley Country Club
parking lot are out. PSE has
been called to repair.
#22 reported a fire hydrant leaking at S.E. 247th and 133rd
Avenue S.E. The fire
department was informed.
Drains – three homeowners have been contacted to remove vines or brush
from gutters before the fall season. Two
more need to be contacted. There
are two drains that need work – one has a slight depression on one side
and the other needs a new steel grate.
#346 reported someone ringing the doorbell between 10:00 – 11:00 pm and
then running away.
#71 reported a prowler and Lot #3004 had a truck broken into and a TV was
stolen from their car.
#165 reported their cat was shot with a pellet gun and received severe

A contract was signed in June, upon M/S/P authorizing up to $40,000,
with Pacific Fire & Security to install ReadyKey Pro Access Control,
System Software, Administrator Training and a digital video surveillance

The new system will feed “real” time rather than hourly.

residents would like the Board to consider allowing, on an individual basis,
individuals who live outside this community, gate access due to family
necessity, such as daily car pool drivers, with the pass being terminated
when the car pool is no longer needed or if in any way it is abused. Access to the North or South gate makes car-pooling much
easier, fewer speed bumps, and saves time.

10th at 5:00 p.m. at MVCC with our Edward Jones representative, Dean Saggau.
