Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual December 1, 2006 through May 8, 2007 and
the Balance Sheet YTD was distributed and reviewed – copy in file.
will soon be receiving a refund of $975.00 from Bell-Anderson Insurance.

73 has paid all dues and fees. We
will release the lien that was filed. Discussion
was held concerning the ownership of the lot.
Finance Committee meeting will take place in early July.
Those on the committee are Peg Steiner, Ron Arntson, Mary Lynn
Tucker, Dale Mjelde, and Mike McCarty.
bid of $1,500.00 plus tax to paint the gatehouse has been received.
The building will be power washed and painted the same colors as the
MVCC clubhouse. Discussion was held, M/S/P to accept the bid.
Creek Sewer is shutting down Lift Station #10. A meeting was held last week to discuss MVMA getting the
first option to buy back the property.
We can tour the site. More
information will be available by June 1, 2007.

owner of Lot 134 is concerned about dust and dirt from the construction of
Lot 132. She is hosting a
wedding party reception at her home May 19th. Contact will be made with Lot 134 to see what can be
landscaping for Lot 132 will begin around the first of June and they will
try to have the trailer out by the end of May. Mid July the home should be complete.
Stone work will go around the posts at the front of the home.
275 is in need of yard work. A
letter will go out to the owner and the bank.

MVMA Board/Spouse dinner will be on a Sunday in July.
the 426 homeowners in MVCC, 223 are golf and/or social members of the club.
Nominating Committee (Quentin Lee and Vicki Jackson) should begin looking
for nominees to replace Dale Mjelde and Jan Lewis.
