furniture company, that sold us the desk and files, will come in and install
said items when the new office space is ready.
will be an audit review when we move to the new office space.
representative from Edward Jones will review our investments with the Board
Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual December 2006 through May 2007 was
distributed for review (copy attached in file).
Clubhouse will have a wedding and Father’s Day dinner this weekend.
grand opening will be held in early September.
distribution list remains about the same – 250 residents.
email will be sent concerning the recent thefts from cars and speeding.
– the south exit card reader was hit and broken. The gate card must be held within three inches to work
and some cards would not work at all. A
new reader has been ordered. The
north inbound entrance is working slowly.
Metal shavings where found on the rail and on the floor of the
control box. Guardian was
called on Monday and in the afternoon they fixed two broken wheels.
– Chris Rodwell is waiting for an extended dry period to paint the speed
bumps and stop lines. The

The missing reflectors on the streets will be replaced as soon as
