MVCC Board likes how the signage at the entrance to the clubhouse at the
perimeter road turned out and inquired about new signage for the main
entrance off 132nd. They
were informed that at issue is the widening of 132nd and not
wanting to proceed with a new sign until it is known for sure what the
setbacks will be. The MVCC
Board is operating under the assumption that the Homeowners and the MVCC
will share the cost of a new sign at the main entrance.

security personnel were shared. Something

number of residents on the e-mail distribution list remains fairly constant
at about 250. The last e-mail
distribution regarding security issues had a large number of returned
messages either because of incorrect e-mail addresses or recipients have
their system set to block messages which might appear like Spam messages
because the message is being sent to a large number of e-mail addresses.
This was especially true for aol.com addressees.
This problem will be reported in the August Newsletter, asking
recipients to make sure that messages from the homeowners are not blocked,
or if they do not want messages we would like to be informed and we will
remove them from the distribution list.
