Internet was not available to the MVMA Office Computer to send out e-mails
to the MVCC residents for about three weeks.
Fasbender, the MVCC Webmaster, has offered to help set up a database to
coordinate MVMA Resident information. A
database for the members and supporting processes could be beneficial to the
association in the following ways:
- With a master source of
MVMA residents’ data, the data would be updated in one place only and would be
automatically updated to other files that use the data and could be updated by
- Board needs to decide if this system would ultimately more useful
to future Boards, the Office manager, Security, etc.
was held and agreed that these proposals would be beneficial to MVMA.
MVCC REPRESENTATIVE TO THE MVMA BOARD: Robert
MVCC House Committee is currently exploring the possibility of making the
MVCC clubhouse an Emergency Preparedness site for the MVCC members.
This coincides nicely with the e-mailed suggestion from George Hull
to Jack Ottini regarding the possibility of MVMA contacting MVCC about being
a location to which MVCC residents could come to in case of power outages,
and other emergencies. George
was suggesting that a Generator be installed at MVCC clubhouse so that the
building would have electricity, hot water (showers), a working kitchen for
meals and heat. The last power
outage highlighted out how important this could be. Discussion was held, this is an idea worth exploring
with the homeowners sharing in the cost.
Club plans to add a New/Upgraded MVCC Entrance Sign at the perimeter road
and the entrance road. The Club
also is planning to improve the signage at Main Entrance to MVCC on 132nd
Ave SE. and requests that the Homeowners help defray the cost of the Main
Entrance sign. Discussion was
held, a joint effort was agreed but not until the road has been widened and
the costs determined.
No damage reported.

Both have been repaired.
