MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Profit and Loss Budget vs. Actual and Balance sheet YTD were distributed for
review. (Copy attached in file.)
was held concerning the changing of the deductible on the Directors &
Officers Liability coverage insurance.
This would reduce the premium to $1,600 which is a savings of $900.
per year. A copy of the letter
from the insurance company is attached in file. M/S/P for the deductible to changes to $10,000.
lights: One light out, reported to Puget Power for repair.
signs: Two broken 4x4 posts were replaced. We are out of new stop signs.
I will order replacements.
Barbwire off fence on lot #171 – has been repaired.
The snow storm in January was not fun.
Craig Benson’s crew sanded the hills and gate areas four times.
MVMA will treat them to a pizza lunch for their work.
North inbound gate was down four times in one week.
Problems traced to a faulty relay switch.
It was replaced. North
exit gate was down one and a half days – the drive assembly vibrated loose
– was fixed by Mike McCarty. The
south inbound gate was missing metal rail – was replaced by Jim Marter.
Computer keyboard bracket was loose and falling off.
The toilet inside broke. Jim
Marter and I repaired both items.

have been two car break-ins so far this year – this information will be in

the next meeting options for a replacement will be discussed.

Jan Lewis & Terry Lavery
of the Architectural Committee visited the Dempster, Knopp, and Bevin
residences to review the Landscaping for Lot #132.
The plans will be approved with the condition of a height restriction

Jan and Mike will check the file for past correspondence and contact
the lawyer if needed.
Rodwell kept busy during the snow and windstorms with general clean-up tasks
this past month.

wind damaged trees, along the fence line parallel to the fourth fairway,
were removed. Two lumps of
three trees each had been up-rooted and are leaning against the boundary
area adjacent to the N.W. section of the boundary fence behind the Temple
seems to be a depository for cans and bottles. Chris has cleaned the area.
of one of our trees in the landscape island has been completed and the pest
control business that was responsible will be billed for the damage.
contract with Myard has been updated and should be signed by Chris and Dale.
Hultquist Home Development was started February 14th.
They hooked-up to our water line per contract signed February 4,
