Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual and the Balance Sheet YTD was
distributed for review.

from Bill Viall and George Hull have been put on the website and a link to
the Pool Committee brochure.
for Architectural review of construction guidelines before adding the
guidelines to the website.

barking dog was reported, this is not something MVMA handles.
young man was observed entering the pedestrian south gate after stopping his
auto outside the gate.
All gates are working properly.
Someone removed a control box cover at the south gate.
No damage was done.
Jim Marter is installing padlocks on the four control boxes at the
north and south gates.
No problems reported.
- Streetlights: All are working.
A catch basin on 140th has broken down and will be
repaired by McDonough & Sons. There
is a seven-foot section of cement curbing that is broken in front of Lot 162
on 144th Avenue S.E. I am meeting with McDonoughís representative on Friday
to review fixing the curb. Ron
Arntson and I toured the entire area on Monday and found no new problems.

the last A/C meeting the landscaping plans for Lot 132 were reviewed.
Discussed height restrictions and the type of plants that donít get
whether or not there is an easement from Lot 133 to the golf course.
We are not aware of one, and the Board does not need to be involved.

I was asked by a homeowner to bring his concerns about
the pool proposal to this Board. His
concerns were about safety, traffic, and parking. Ron will tell him to attend the Town Hall meetings and visit
the website for more information. This
is a golf club vote and not a homeowner issue.
Vines have grown thru the fence near the Temple, trees
need to be trimmed, and the perimeter road needs to be cleaned-up.
Will talk to Chris Rodwell about handling these items
Lot 28 has continual water run-off to the storm drain
Ė canít resolve.
In the next newsletter Iíll remind homeowners to
clean the curb areas of debris.
members are to review a proposal for a computer program which would cost
around $10,000. The other
proposal is for a security camera system for around $13,000.

to spend up to $2,500. for the furniture.
