The south gate was not receiving all cards.
Unplugged the modem for five minutes so it would download.
All OK. The north gate
had two problems: two worn out wheels were replaced and the north entrance
gate drive wheel assemble broke late Saturday afternoon and was repaired on
Monday. Fluid checked at all
gates and top filled. Locks
have been installed on all four green boxes.
I checked the fence from the outside where the Hulquist development

The McGuires invited neighbors to a block watch meeting Friday
October 6th. Kim
from Security and I attended. We
shared with them that Security is a
very important item here at MVMA. It
is better here in our community than most others, but by no means is it
perfect. Some agreed, but a
couple did not. One wished we
could close the pedestrian gates full time.
We cannot do this. Another
asked why we could not post and mail out the name and picture of this young
man that was arrested for this crime. Both
Kim and I were sure this should not be done.
We will check this out. I
invited all to come to the Annual Meeting and/or to run for the Board.
