MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

MVMA funds have been transferred to Edward Jones and we are writing checks
from that account. The Merrill
Lynch and US Bank accounts have been closed. Special “Thank you” to Jack Baush for his assistance
and signature in closing the US Bank account.
