MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES
JULY 12, 2006

Each homeowner, listed above, was given an opportunity to
address the Board. The main issues
were with the Architectural Committee’s current decisions. The greatest concern involved new construction, setbacks and
blocking of views. A signed statement with twelve homeowner’s signatures was
submitted concerning the thirty-foot setback on the golf course side, copy in

from HVAC system leaked through the ceiling of our office on to the desk and
into the monitor causing the monitor to fail.

Mjelde and I are working with Kim Sharrah and the security staff to resolve
the AMAG system’s random generation of new security codes on our gate and
remote system. After meeting
with the Entrance Controls representative it was determined that our system
board needs replacement and our software is three generations out of date.
Considering the extent of the work to replace/upgrade the AMAG System
we are inviting Keri System to bid on the project.
Estimated cost to be $15 to $30,000.
