FEBRUARY 8, 2006
CALLED TO ORDER BY PRESIDENT JACK OTTINI at 7:00 p.m.

PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES: Approved as written
Steiner was introduced as the new MVCC Board representative.
- Met today with the engineer from the City of Kent concerning the request
for an easement. Maps of the
area were shown and discussed; a letter will be sent to Mr. Perez concerning

and #15 water line easement request.

YTD Profit & Loss statement was distributed and reviewed.

fee. Recommend that no grace

was held; Bob will put this on the website and/or send a reminder to those

homeowner’s office space will be 11’ x 14’ with the one door entering
into the hallway toward the outside of the building (not by the bathrooms).
Changes cost money – the decisions have to be finalized.
Discussion was held; the door will remain as stated.
The office will have its own phone line.

The Board members and Architectural Committee members will also be
posted. If anything else needs
to be posted, it can be.
For the most part, all is
well on the home front. The
computer is up and running. The
last of the problems are being hopefully solved this week.
There is still missing data
for some of the gate cards, Bob Steiner will print the gate card information
he has on his computer to see if it will help.
He will also contact Bob Bowen.
South gate controls were
repaired due to a power surge.
Rodwell is busy cleaning up
branches and debris after Super Bowl weekend windstorm.
Meeting scheduled with
developers of new residential properties on 132nd and 240th
wishing to connect to our storm water system.
Windstorm caused minor
damage to trees. Power outage
at south end caused a power supply to burn out.
Entrance control replaced unit last Monday on the south gates.
The guest entrance at the
main gate had a problem with the in-ground loop reader.
The reader failed and the gate closed too quickly and hit the rear
fender of a pizza delivery vehicle. Accident
information has been sent to Bell-Anderson.
Guardian checked gate and found a relay had burned out.
It was replaced.
Terry Lavery & Janet Lewis
are many mature trees that need to be trimmed. There was discussion concerning a policy about trimming
back to keep vegetation at a reasonable height. Possibly list on the web the names of some companies
that could be used.
was shared concerning the removal of a hornet’s nest free of charge.
This is also something other homeowner’s might like to know.
toured the area with Jack Ottini and Chris Rodwell and was brought up to
speed with my areas of responsibility.
Mr. Rodwell is busy cleaning all areas after last weekend’s
Temple has paved some of their property.
audit committee will meet in March.
gate incident with the owner of Lot #361 was discussed; report is attached.
A letter giving a written warning will be sent from the Security
Chairman, Dale Mjelde.
