Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual from December 1, 2005 through July 28,
2006 and the Balance Sheet YTD was distributed for review, copy attached.

This needs to be addressed in our By-Laws.

cameras are being looked into for our main gate.
will be a cost increase for all of our Security Personnel for next year.

Terry Lavery & Janet Lewis
have attended the last two meetings. They
expressed concerns over new construction.

They are to resubmit plans within the setbacks.
131 replaced windows without prior permission and Lot 283 has been doing
some construction and has made driveway changes without permission.
have had a lot of roof requests.
will be meeting with the new owner of Lot 133 to discuss landscaping between
